I’ve given birth to a new music genre, Font Pop, through a stimulating collaboration with the the great visual Italian splendors Simone Massoni and Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini, in a project we call
Love Letters. Pancini has written intricate letters about each of the 12 women in the illustrations in Massoni’s calender Chicks & Types, and as a response to these letters I am making 12 songs, one from each of the women.When all 12 letters and songs are ready, they will be presentation together. the girls so far:

Director: Nullo Facchini. Music: Jeanette Sollén.
Musicians: Jeanette Sollén, Helle Mörch, Jonny Wartel. Special appearance Ray Adams.
Performed on the river Rhein by the Loreley cliff in Germany summer 2000, and at the World Fair 2000 in Hannover, Germany, on a constructed lake. The performance was later turned into an indoor version and played at Kanonhallen in Copenhagen, DEnmark.

Saint Romanos the Melodist or the Hymnographer, was one of the greatest of Syrio-Greek hymnographers, called “the Pindar of rhythmic poetry”.He flourished during the sixth century, which is considered to be the “Golden Age” of Byzantine hymnography.
